The Seeing Eye's mission is to enhance the independence, dignity and self-confidence of people who are blind, through the use of specially trained Seeing Eye® dogs.

In pursuit of this mission, The Seeing Eye breeds and raises puppies to become Seeing Eye dogs, trains Seeing Eye dogs to guide blind people, instructs blind people in the proper. Finally, ina group of Seeing Eye graduates organized a committee to make this cookbook a reality.

Pawsitively Delicious Recipes from The Seeing Eye contains over recipes, most from our kitchen and several "tried and true" favorites from staff members.

The recipes were then tested by 27 volunteers across the country. I read this book as a kid, maybe fourth or fifth grade and remember to this day finishing it right before dinner, and walking into the kitchen to sit down the seeing I book eat and sobbing uncontrollably.
